We used Levi Solicitors on the recommendation of the estate agents that we had for selling our home. I am so grateful to Levi,especially Afsha Ayub and all of Team Ayub on the selling of our property, and again Lisa Wilson and all of Team Wilson involved in the purchase of our new home. From the out set of the procedure the communication by mail, and email, kept my wife and myself informed , and on the occasions when we needed to talk to someone to fully understand the conveyancing procedures we were treated with respect by both Teams who took time to explain and resolve our questions. The selling was fairly straightforward , our old house was 30 years old on a modern estate development, and we had lived there for 25 years. The purchase was the complete opposite, a barn conversion, a developer who had three conversions on the same plot as his own property. Lisa Wilson’s specialist knowledge on this type of property was incredibly useful, as the seller/developer was unaware of Land Registry problems on the property. At the very last moment in the process as this problem was exposed , the very clear and concise advice from Levi and Lisa in particular, helped me to fully understand my options, and I will be eternally grateful for the support we’re given at this time. Thankfully, the issues were resolved, and we were able to exchange contracts and complete soon after. A small hiccup with one document with Land Registry came to light and I am so glad the completion Team at Levi were dealing with this on our behalf I would recommend Levi to anyone thinking of buying and selling their house. I found that the Teams under the solicitor all work together, keep excellent records of phone calls and emails, and post, and their professional consistent and considerate approach to the client helps greatly in the stressful conditions that exist during the house moving processes.
