This was a difficult and protracted transaction due to the difficult purchaser which led to my needing to contact Levi's by telephone which was not always easy I would also have welcomed a little more practical advice tp assist in overcoming the difficulties which I experienced

I have the utmost praise for Afsha and her team (big shout out to Steph!), who were all absolutely brilliant. I would recommend them over any other solicitors. I had a tricky house purchase which involved a number of complexities including being an over-under dwelling with a flying freehold, issues with the title plan and deeds, and thorny seller's solicitors. Afsha and her team handled the whole thing with expertise and diligence. I never felt I had to worry, never had to chase, and always knew I had people in my corner when the purchase got complicated. They were also unfailingly kind and friendly - I never felt I was being a bother, and always felt like a priority. Something I've found when working with previous solicitors, is that it can be hard to have a frank conversation where complex legal processes and terms are explained clearly. This was never a problem with Afsha nor her team. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions (even the silly ones) in straightforward language. It felt like a priority for them that I understood everything - it was never a tickbox exercise. I can't recommend them more highly, and frankly I wouldn't go to any other solicitors now - I'm actually getting my will sorted through Levi now!
