We used Levi’s for the the sale and purchase of our houses.it was quite a complicated transaction but Team Simpson did all they could to push the sale and purchase through in good time.The staff were always pleasant on the phone and informative.

Highly recommend
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. We threw a few spanners in the works, changing plans and minds along the way but Susan was accommodating and professional every time, constantly giving accurate information and guidance while managing our expectations for exchange and completion. Communication was brilliant, every email received a response within 24 hours and every phone call was returned.

pleased with the service received by Levi

Great company to deal with
Moving house isn’t something I do very often fortunately, but I can’t recommend Levi Solicitors highly enough. They made a stressful life move easier with good communication at all times. Sue Simpson dealt with myself mostly and others from the team also. The sellers solicitors weren’t so good at communication and there was a clear contrast of service with the good service I received. I felt quite fortunate. Very happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

Good value, friendly and communicative
Sue and Claire assisted us with our sale and purchase. They were friendly and approachable throughout, and kept us informed of matters. The service could be more proactive / forthcoming with advice and recommendations, but overall the service was good value.

Sound Communication and Personable
I cannot fault Levi Solicitors for their service and support as a first time buyer. The process was clear throughout with fantastic documents to help reconcile my understanding. The team working with me were great throughout and I felt comfortable and able to ask silly questions. In particular I would love to thank Susan Simpson and Claire Richardson (Team Simpson) for being genuine during phone calls and being so responsive during a slow then abrupt completion process. I couldn't fault the timely email follow up and simplifying language for my comprehension - there's certainly a lot to it. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with the service and I can't thank you enough for your work as I'm happily enjoying a beautiful home.
