Great experience top to bottom. I was a first time buyer with little knowledge of anything surrounding a purchase of a property. Levi Solicitors (and in particular Team Spells which is the team I was assigned) were very helpful throughout the 8ish week process. Would highly recommend.

Donna was really helpful and amazing for us, communication was good and if I had a question she’d answer it. Due to the nature of house moves, sometimes could be a few weeks before I heard anything but she’d always respond if I asked anything such as an update.

House Conveyancing. Overall
Overall, not a bad experience, however, still waiting for house indemnity policy document and gas central heating system annual checks, servicing maintenance certificate from gas engineer to give to buyer.

Super smooth conveyance
Firm recommended by estate agents so I expected them to be efficient. They were definitely efficient but also friendly and flexible. Made it easy for me to sell and buy a house for the first time.
