    Team Lancaster are fantastic

    Levi Solicitors made our move very easy - they were efficient and great at communication. They explained the things we were unsure of patiently.     Excellent solicitors, easy communication.

    Nicol was excellent. I have used her and the team many times. If a phone call needed, they are very responsive. Some extra charges I find ridiculous high, but they all seem to do it.

    Purchase of a Grade II listed house

    Absolutely brilliant. Got the job done with minimum fuss. Had to put up with solicitors and conveyancers down the chain working at snail’s pace. Kept us informed all the way. Very responsive. Big cheer for Nicole.

    We recently completed the purchase of our first home with Levi Solicitors, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. They were always quick to reply to our emails, kept us updated every step of the way, and were patient in answering all of our questions. Buying a house can be quite stressful, but they made everything feel well organised and straightforward. We were especially grateful for the way they dealt with an issue we discovered during our final viewing. They followed it up immediately with the seller’s solicitors and kept us informed until a satisfactory solution had been arranged. From our offer being accepted to completion, the whole process took around three months, which we were really pleased with.
