    Go to SME if you want to get things done

    My experience with SME has been entirely positive. They had a clear plan so that the sale of my land went smoothly. Liz Stirk was friendly and helpful. She kept me informed and the team at SME work together so someone was always available if I needed to get in touch. It was such a relief to find a solicitor who was acting for me rather than presenting me with problems and expecting me to solve them.

    I honestly couldn’t recommend SME enough! The team were fantastic from start to finish, always keeping me updated throughout the process. Their app made everything so much easier, especially when it came to sending documents and keeping things moving. A special mention has to go to Liz Stirk, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. I can’t recommend her highly enough! I was so impressed with the service that I recommended SME to my sister, who had been struggling to get her house sale through for over 12 months with another firm. After switching to SME, she completed within just 3 months, saving not only her sale but also her onward purchase! A fantastic service all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SME to anyone buying or selling a property.
