I cannot thank Peter Redmond my solicitor at Coffin Mew enough.
He made a very difficult purchase as easy as he could for me, he was there whenever I needed him, even out of hours just to support me.
There were numerous hurdles that me and him came up against but he was always on top of what ever came his way.
I cannot fault his attention to detail, he did what he felt needed to be done in every instance and I had 100% trust in him and what he was doing on my behalf. I cannot recommend him enough!

Sale and purchase
I was recommended Coffin Mew by a friend, so after receiving a competitively priced quote we decided to instruct them for an important house sale and purchase. The process and communication started off easy enough, but then everything seemed to take longer than we anticipated. By the time we got close to completion it turned out some documents had been missed (that could’ve been signed earlier in the process) and it led to some unnecessary stress and trips to the office. It also transpired that an instruction relating to furniture in the property had not been followed up, but CM were able to help resolve this on the move day which was much appreciated.
