Very good
Anna from the Ashford branch was fantastic and every time I asked her something, Anna would always reply straight away.

House sale and purchase
Fantastic service from the team dealing with our house sale and purchase. Anna and Lorna have to be singled out for our praise - nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent.

unprofessional/horrible experience
had a very horrible experience due to very unprofessional, rude, abrupt and inexperienced conveyancing solicitor. I was given the wrong the advise by her team and the solicitor said she was under the assumption of something. I think solicitor works under facts and figures rather than assumption. Her incompetency delayed the sale process by few months. No apology at all from her.

Flat purchase
Many thanks to Anna and team who steered our purchase through to completion despite the complications that a leasehold purchase brings. You wouldn't wish the task of buying a property onto your worst enemy, but when you have to, having Anna and team on your side will certainly help.
