This is the first time I have used GA Solicitors and I would not hesitate to use them again in future property sales or purchases. The communication with David Wallis was very good. I particularly liked the information they sent in their welcome pack about the stages in purchasing and selling which would have been very helpful to a first time buyer. I also thought their fee was very reasonable.

Very Professional
It was clearly explained to us what to do with paper work Good explanation on details when we had queries David was very professional in dealing with us and agreed when we reckoned something was not right

First Class
David is first class, would not use anyone else when purchasing a property in the South West. This was the second purchase using David and as always his advice is excellent, with superb attention to detail and no stone unturned. David provided everything you need when buying complex properties and indeed the communication is excellent, on time and on point. I can not recommend him highly enough. He really is top of his game the best we have ever used
