Shoddy service
Very affordable but shoddy service - lots of complications that could have been avoided had they'd been more across things. Was endlessly passed from one person to another and they were generally quite hard to get ahold of.
We completed a while ago but have now found that a £1000 service charge bill that was meant to be cleared by the vendors before completion was never sorted. They have now been ignoring my emails for over a month - hoping this gets a response

If I could leave zero stars I would. Appalling
Used Donna Marie Sturrock to conveyance in property purchase. Slow, didn’t reply to emails, couldn’t be contacted, didn’t return phone calls, missed deadlines. Then when complaining to compliance officer, Tim Humpage, same happened, didn’t respond to emails, didn’t call back, no after 8 weeks of frustration I’ve complained to the SRA and legal ombudsman. Awful firm, do not use

House conveyancing
Donna was excellent. She responded to my questions in a timely manner even out of working hours. She chased things that need chasing and nothing seemed to much trouble. I would recommend her.

House Move
We used Donna and the team recently for both our sale and purchase of our new property. Donna was proactive and always available to discuss our case no matter the tone of day. A very fresh approach to the normal solicitors operating of “9-5”. Donna’s knowledge of conveying is second to none and would always take the time to explain the current status. Will definitely use Mezzle again in the future, Mezzle and Donna are very highly recommended!

Amazing Service from Donna
Donna helped me buy and sell a home over the course of the last twelve months. She made an emotional and complex time much easier and responded with clarity and kindness to every single query I had, some of which probably seemed quite trivial, but she never made it feel that way. Donna put the ‘heart’ into the legal process and I will forever be grateful. I cannot recommend her enough.

Brilliant from start to finish!
We were recommended to go with Mezzle, the initial consultation was quick, easily explained each step of the process and gave us realistic expectations of what to expect of the process.
We are first time buyers so we had a lot of questions, the whole team alongside Donna were able to help through each step.
Donna was brilliant at keeping us in the loop, and overall was a brilliant service all done remotely so we didn’t have to take time out to attend face to face appointments. Would happily recommend for future buyers!!

Donna Sturrock saved my sale!
My buyer's solicitor ceased trading a couple of weeks before the exchange of contracts. I called a few local solicitors who all said they couldn't take it on due the being swamped with the upcoming stamp duty deadline. When I spoke to Mezzle, they said no problem we can do it! They had to re-order searches and do all the standard checks on the buyers for their insurance so it was almost like starting again but amazingly for a leasehold purchase Donna managed it! Not only that the communication and service were outstanding.
