Fantastic service during difficult times
Moving is considered to be a stressful activity but moving during a pandemic could have been more than difficult with estate agents and solicitors on furlough or home working during lockdown. But with the superb service given by Vanessa and her team to ensure that my conveyancing would continue throughout the period, I was in a position to move by the middle of Junelst my buyers were able I was kept informed by emails and telephone calls and updated on a regular basis which meant I could pacify the fears of the people I was buying from that we would complete on time, whilst my buyers were able to collect the keys directly from me. Prior to lockdown any queries were dealt with by the front office staff on a while you wait basis, so you were never left wondering what was going to happen or did my information get to the correct person. Everything was undertaken with complete professionalism. A superb service.
