Very bad service
My experience with this company was profoundly disappointing. From the outset, there was a complete lack of adherence to timelines, and communication was virtually nonexistent. Over an entire year, they failed to reach out to me even once. The office is poorly managed and chaotic. Attempts to contact them via phone or email were futile, as they never respond, which demonstrates a glaring lack of professionalism. The overall experience was deeply frustrating, marked by neglect and indifference toward my case. Additionally, the absence of privacy during case discussions is particularly troubling. The office setup involves three to four individuals working on different cases in the same space, creating noise and an unprofessional atmosphere. If you are seeking a reliable and professional service, I cannot recommend this company.
