I was recommended HCC Solicitors. The whole process was very efficient. The liaison officer cheryl was so very sympathetic and kept me updated. It was referred to the Solicitors where I was appointed Amber. They had to move quickly due to a short time span remaining. I was previously advised incorrectly by another solicitor from a different firm. HCC were so efficient and got things moving very fast. I was kept updated throughout and settled out of court on advice. My case was of a very sensitive nature and Amber and her team were so good at recognising this. I am so grateful for their hard work and sensitivity and whilst the out of court settlement was lower than expected, I know they had my best interests in mind as it was a significant case which had some risks. I would throughly recommend HCC

The firm has been incredible with my mother in laws case. Nothing has been too much trouble, from traveling to meetings to keeping us up to date at all times. Both Amber and Sophie are brilliant. Amber took the time to explain every piece of evidence that was needed to my mother in law and did this on several occasions. We felt complete at ease working with this firm who helped us get the outcome that was required.

It took over 5 years to come to a conclusion due to various factors involved in the case.
