Exceptional and caring
I had such a positive experience with both Sophie and Summer, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Both are highly responsive, have fantastic empathy and were brilliant at negotiating and translating our thoughts into information. From responding immediately and always putting us first and thinking about our child and her needs. Working with both was a pleasure even under difficult circumstances.

A very professional, yet caring approach through a difficult time
Divorce is a challenging time, and Lauren provided the space, care and expertise to ensure that I received the best advise to ensure that the process was completed as required. Throughout the divorce, the process was carefully explained and I was updated at every step. When a significant change was proposed unexpectedly from my ex husband, Lauren made it a priority to call me (even though I was in Australia) and ensure that I was part of the decision regarding next steps. Lauren would often work outside of normal business hours to progress my case and responding in a timely manner to all my queries and updates. The best experience I could have asked for in a very challenging life change.

Prompt and Efficient, Excellent Client Care
It's a bit difficult to review the handling of one's own personal matters by a legal firm particularly in Social Media...but well, here goes. Despite Co-VID, despite the distance between London and where I am abroad, my matters were handled most sensitively and speedily by Sophie Capo-Blanco and her team.
The perception I have is of the client coming first, where one's choices are valued, carefully considered and then carefully advised. Thus options become swiftly available; which in turn are underpinned by Sophie's solid legal expertise. The client is more than informed regarding their options and their potential consequences. Advice is given on those options and the final client decision is then backed up with efficient and prompt expertise, where things are swiftly moved forward. Collaborative and in one's interests. So a big thumb up to Sophie and her firm from me!

Sophie always made time to listen to my worries and concerns
Sophie made what was a very difficult personal experience for me a lot easier to deal with. Really made me feel that she always had my best personal interests at heart. She made everything clear and made me realise know matter how difficult the circumstances, that there is always an end point and walked me every bit of the way too it. I am really grateful for Sophie's hard work and highly recommend her as a solicitor.
Since the first time I met Sophie, her dealings with this case have been highly professional. She made sure I understand all the stages and procedures, with constant reminders and updates of where we are standing at, offered professional advice when I needed i the most, never failed to convey messages from the other party and was always on top of things.
