Cannot fault the service provided by all Lyons Bowe employees. The app they use also makes it extremely quick and efficient for document submission, avoiding the need to complete forms by hand and mail them in. Would definitely recommend this solicitor.

Buying a house
Quick and easy to appoint. Breakdown of the billing was crystal clear. Towards the end of the process Tietia Shotgun kept me informed on a daily basis to calm my nerves. Thank you.

Buying and selling

As soon as she took over our case, Tietia was there for us every step of the way. By far the best person we dealt with throughout our house purchase, Tietia was professional, friendly and caring throughout the process. Refreshingly Efficient
We have sold a lot of houses but the conveyancing provided by Lyons Bowe has been the smoothest and most professional we have encountered. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Fantastic Service
I dealt with Elle, Lauren and Tietia throughout the different stages of a house sale. They were all extremely friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. The initial paperwork was sent promptly. Lauren ensured the enquiries were dealt with swiftly and professionally and kept me fully updated. Finally, Tietia completed the process by working to enable exchange and completion to take place within the preferred timeline . I am grateful for their help and I felt very well looked after.
