We have been very impressed from start to finish ,we felt we could contact each department and if they were busy they would always get back as soon as they could.
We didn't feel there were any hidden fees and having there offices in Shepton Mallet we were able to take our signed documents so we didn't have to rely on the postal service to get them there .
We have found all the team polite and friendly and knowledgeable and kept us calm in what is a very stressful time,they made sure our house we found a bit later than the rest of the chain was completed on the same day .

Lyons Bowe have been great from start to finish, the whole process was as pain free as something as cumbersome as selling a house can be.

Tietia was additionally a massive help, always easy to get in contact with and quick to respond, keeping us posted on important details that were time sensitive to make sure we didn't miss anything due to a missed call etc.

Lovely professional team who made the process less stressful

The company wants you to use a portal and so I had to specifically ask to get documents by email.

Some of the emails were standard/automated rather than bespoke emails.

The staff were friendly and responded to emails quickly. However, I thought the approach was over zealous and I found it quite a painful experience with a lot of "to and fro". It's important to remember who's the customer in this process.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't use them in the future and I wished that I should have used my local solicitors.

It was mainly delt with my brother ,because I live in the North of country .
I was kept in the loop of all the procedures by email and personal phonecalls .
I find you both professional and approachable .
