Have to say I've been pretty disapointed with Lyons Bowe in relation to the purchase they have been assisting me with. They were pretty good in general with my house sale (Simone in particular was great), but despite the urgency that we've needed on the house purchase, they've been very slow, hard to get hold of, vague about which staff member/s we will need to get in touch with next, and the whole process has been very frustrating. It's very difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone - I constantly get answerphone and very rarely get a call back. Emails are not responded to promptly. And then when I do manage to speak on the phone, I'm made to feel like I'm asking too much for them to act with urgency (ie by calling the seller's solicitors, rather than emailing, or trying to get them to commit to timelines). It's a real shame, but I wouldn't recommend them to others based on my experience.
