We recently used Lyons Bowe to complete a house purchase and I wish I could rate them higher. Our experience right up until being handed over to the completions team was fantastic and every step was expplained clearly to us with expectations managed. Unfortunately when moved to the final part of the process we were over promised and under delivered with a real lack of clarity or communication. We were told we had an exchange date 1 week earlier than it actually happened and had verbal confirmation that this had taken place, however on seeking clarifiction we were told that wasn't the case. We were still then expected to agree to a completion date less than 24 hours post exchange. Unfortunately this made the final week of our move unnecessarily rushed, stressful and left us in the dark about what we were able to do. I would still recommend them as the service was exceptional up to that point, however buyer beware when movving to this final part of the process.
