Ada has been absolutely amazing. Was with me through my first attempt at a house purchase (seller never seemed able to find a new house), and I didn't hesitate to work with her again when a new property came up. So far so good! I was allocated the above N I LA for my current ongoing flat purchase and I have nothing but praise for how professional she has been since the start. Her communication skills are unapparelled , replying to e mails instantly so allaying any worries I had. She quickly became aware that I was not the most tech savvy person but we managed to circumvent any problems which I will be eternally gratefully for! I have made ALL the boxes below green, not as a cop out but I genuinely feel she merits them and is a huge credit to your firm, I hope she has a great legal career.

I only chose Lyons Bowe because they have an office 2 minutes from my work accommodation. I bought a property under auction conditions 150 miles away. The team were faultless from beginning to end very helpful. I am not technically gifted and whenever things needed sorted I only had to walk into their office to put things back on track.Rachael who tied things up at the end was brilliant. The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
