Lyons Bowe respond quickly to emails, I have not, so far, had to chase them. I feel confident that I am in good hands with the sale and purchase of my properties.
I did find the app a little tricky at first but I’m sure this was due to my IT skills and the staff were very helpful in helping me navigate this.

I couldn’t recommend all the staff at Lyons Bowe enough! From start to finish the whole process of buying our first home was handled with such professionalism, efficiency and care. The team kept me updated every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions I had, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

Their communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt reassured knowing they were handling everything behind the scenes. Samantha ( i can’t seem to list below) especially went above and beyond to ensure deadlines were met and that everything was explained in a way I could understand.

A truly reliable, friendly and professional service – I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

very slow initially to respond to questions , but i have used them before and all is well, i cannot for the life of me understand why it takes 16 weeks to buy a house when 30 days is adequate,,,

So far we have had excellent service and help by the New Instructions team. Very good communication and clear help guiding us through the process. Lily has been excellent!
The only downside is that we have not managed to get their App working, so are missing out on much of the information and especially the progress in our selling and purchasing.

So far so good, we have only done the preliminary part though and I wait to see what happens once it reaches the buyer's solicitor, from experience with other firms this will be the bit where it stops unless we chase up

Solicitors very helpful . At times felt things were stressful but could always email or phone to ask for help.

Solicitor Lyons Bowe recommended by the Estate Agent. Received detailed information from them outlining the various steps of a sale, what the solicitors would provide and what was expected of us. Estimated costs were outlined.When contacted they were helpful and informative. The solicitors have an App which has been useful and enabled us to complete things on line.
