This company was an absolute game changer for conveyancing. I have bought and sold several times, and every time has been so stressful to the point I was in dispute with my last solicitor as they underpaid the balance on my mortgage. Lyons Bowe took the stress out of everything! The app is fantastic, meaning you can upload (almost) all documents apart from the contracts and form fill online. Molly and Neel were amazing to deal with, they make a point of contacting you every week, even if there is no update, to check in. If something needs doing you are prompted by the app and if you miss it they are on the phone ensuring it's picked up quickly. Makes a nice change to be chased by your solicitor rather than endlessly chasing them! Couldn't recommend them more.

Cannot fault the service provided by all Lyons Bowe employees. The app they use also makes it extremely quick and efficient for document submission, avoiding the need to complete forms by hand and mail them in. Would definitely recommend this solicitor.

From the start, we knew we were in safe hands with Lyons Bowe.
To start of house purchase, we dealt with Ella who was informative and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had.
After Ella had completed her bit, we were passed onto Cassie who again, was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
To end the process, we were passed onto Josie who was fantastic throughout. She kept us informed, answered any questions (there were a lot) and managed to help us achieve our goal of being in our first home in time for Christmas.
A big thank you to all involved in our house purchase, we really could not have done it without you.
