I think Lyons Bowe solicitors could be more proactive when chasing the buyers solicitors. Especially when being very close to the end of sale. Picking up the phone and chasing will do much more than just sending a routine email on a weekly basis.

Dealt with a sale and lease extension
Dealt with a sale and lease extension for a flat at the same time. Had a few initial issues with internal departments not talking but once that was sorted I found them great.

Excellent service
A big thank you to Abi for initially setting everything up.
Laura was amazing and I felt in very confident in her, she was always quick to respond to queries.

Very efficient and helpful

Good Communication and service

Would not use again
Twice I was wrongly accused of holding things up by not progressing documents I hadn't even
been sent. Twice.
I escalated the lack of progress, on a simple house sale. To the director.
Contacting them was a nightmare, I sent my phone record to the Estate Agent, they were tearing their hair out trying to get some action!

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Having reviewed the file we can see the reason why you were struggling to contact us, was as the solicitor at the time explained to you, that unfortunately the website number was in accurate, for which she apologised profusely. The matter itself was quite protracted and we needed a deed of rectification for the terms of the original transfer deed and it was long and drawn out.
