All staff have been fantastic. We have been kept up to date throughout, we’ve had nothing to chase or worry about as they have done everything. The system of passing your case onto different people as the chain progresses works like a dream. Really wouldn’t use anyone else.

All correspondence and phone calls were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we were continuously kept up to date with the different stages of the legal process. We did miss not having a face to face meeting as a matter of course, but accept that things in the business world are done differently now!

Moving home is very very stressful at the best of times, but doing it alone is difficult too. You helped me through it in a very kind understanding manner. Especially as the other solicitors on the other side were very incompetent. Your app was good and quite simple to use. I would recommend Lyons Bowe, and if I have to move again I would use them again

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
