We would highly recommend Rhiannon Cape. She was a pleasure to deal with and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble for her and whilst we were out of our comfort zone initially, having our consultation via the Internet, there was support and guidance to explain and go through the procedure that made the whole experience very simple and user friendly. We recently sold our house using Lyone Bowe Solicitors and it was a really great experience. I found the app for seeing progress on sales and for doing the required documents and forms really helpful. Special shoutout to Shriyanthi in particular who did a brilliant job of liaising with the buyer's solicitors and sorting all the survey enquires, and who very patiently answered all my questions! Though in fact all the teams I dealt with replied quickly and competently, we never felt we had to chase (not our experience with other solicitors in the past). It was a really smooth experience overall - would reccomend.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
