We had a remote interview with Rhiannon who made writing our wills very simple. My only comment with this firm is, not knowing which office to phone with a query, as there are several offices. However someone would usually get back to us quickly so it was not really a problem.

It is 55 years since I bought or sold a property. The way solicitors work now is much different! We are just at the start of the process and I am being kept up to date wit everything! Although there are many forms to fill out, we could do it all online - although we would have preferred to have a face to face appt initially, which they do offer.
Our initial contact Krisling was extreme helpful and patient, and kept in regular contact with answers to all our questions. Staff allocated to our sales and purchase introduced themselves, and have also kept in touch thus far.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
