This is the second time I have used Sarah Evans at Lyons Bowe (third if you count when a buyer pulled out and did the same to two other properties). Although I have only just exchanged and soon to complete on my sale, I have found Sarah to be incredibly efficient and very friendly and helpful, needless to say she is my preferred solicitor for any conveyancing! Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
