Brilliant, from start to finish communication has been excellent. From getting offer accepted to completion in less than 2 months! Cannot recommend Lyons Bowe enough!

Our Estate agent recommended you - the process which became long winded due to delays caused by the buyers conveyancers was pleasantly dealt with throughout by Lyons Bowe keeping us updated quickly.

Left messages and emails to speak to them but so far no joy . Maybe they are busy but a simple email takes no time at all

Great communication, really refreshing not to have to chase a solicitor for updates! The app works great, so far a hassle free experience. Would absolutely use Lyons Bowe again 👍🏻

It was my first time going through the buying and selling process. Lyons Bowe ,and Katarina in particular, were brilliant. I liked the app, which lays out the process very clearly. I was also very grateful that Katarina picked up two critical issues with my purchased which we were able to resolve before completion. This absolutely saved me money in the long run. Katarina was also super good at talking me through some of the lawyer jargon when I was deep in a paperwork hole.

We really appreciate your kind words! I will make sure that this feedback gets passed on to the noted members of the team.

Overall, very good. The conveyancer who handled the main part of the transaction (Jada) responded quickly, communication was good, and problems were solved as they came up. Also, the team has backup for holidays, which is really important to keep things moving. My only reservation is that everything is very procedure driven, with each step having to happen in turn, before the case is handed off to the next team. Onboarding took a little while, and then when we were ready to exchange immediately, another handoff with a 4-day response time. So, while the firm manages expectations well, and works faster than the "normal" (glacial) speed that conveyancing works these days, it is still a very slow process, even with no chain. Unlike many firms, Lyons Bowe is willing to have 2 of their solicitors representing buyer and seller, which I feel would have sped things up further, had our buyer not changed his mind and used a different firm. Despite that, I'd still recommend.
