New Instructions Team
Elle & Abi were both fantastic support for myself and my husband during the start of our house sale journey! We liked the idea of using the app to complete the forms required and track progress, they were always quick to respond if we had any questions. Thank you 🙂

Make a complex process as simple and easy as possible
Juggling a move to Australia with three kids, work and selling our cars...Lyons Bowe made this part of our "To Do" list a dream to work through. With simple and concise requests for info and the online system - and brilliantly skilled staff who are efficient and effective at what they do. They give a great personal touch too - sending friendly emails and confirmation receipts for information supplied for the sales pack. When we've dropped into their offices un announced - to check something - they've been so welcoming and helpful. Their costs are very reasonable too. I 100% recommend and would use again (in fact - this is the second time I've employed their services).

Would not recommend!
The system Lyons Bowe operate did not work! It only works if information is read acted upon and then passed on to the next person in the process.
There were countless delays and mistakes because communication was incredibly bad between lawyers.
I have moved many times and this was a train wreck of mammoth proportions due to the incompetence of some of the lawyers involved. EB failed to perform and caused multiple problems due to her not completing tasks correctly or communicating things to others.
A bad experience- I will not be recommending this firm.
