First time buyer
I couldn’t recommend all the staff at Lyons Bowe enough! From start to finish the whole process of buying our first home was handled with such professionalism, efficiency and care. The team kept me updated every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions I had, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
Their communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt reassured knowing they were handling everything behind the scenes. Samantha ( i can’t seem to list below) especially went above and beyond to ensure deadlines were met and that everything was explained in a way I could understand.
A truly reliable, friendly and professional service – I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Clear from the start
Although not completed yet, the clarity and efficiency of Lyons Bowe updates and communication was great. Step by step guide of timeframes and expectations gave me the reassuring feeling of progress with, issues being flagged early for quicker resolutions. I would happily recommend.

Jazmin has been excellent at working on our case. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and always responds to emails quickly. Additionally, I enjoy using the app to fill in all paperwork digitally and easily track progress. Thank you Jazmin.

Was helpful but didn’t answer the phone you had to email, which some times it would of been easier to answer the calls
