It is not clear whether I am feeding back about Kerryanne Jones or Lyons Bowe. Kerryanne has been extremely proactive, responding to issues quickly, concisely and providing timely updates and changes. Kerryanne has been my main point of contact but I have been extremely impressed with all phases. All other contacts in Lyons Bowes have provided very good service.

The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult. Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
