We used Barcan and Kirby to buy our house, so it made sense to use them to sell it. We had Kerryanne as our Conveyancer, and she was outstanding from the very start, she dealt with everything that came up in lightning speed, I think the buyers conveyancer struggled to keep up. When Kerryanne took a well deserved holiday, others stepped in seamlessly, and dealt with everything in Kerryannes absence, nothing stopped for a second. Many thanks to Kerryanne and her team in helping us through he painful process of buying our first home. Kerryanne was very responsive to emails from our sellers and ourselves, and we more often than not managed to get updates from other members of her team if she wasnt available.
