Left messages and emails to speak to them but so far no joy . Maybe they are busy but a simple email takes no time at all

This was my first time using LyonsBowes and what a fabulous experience it's been. The whole process has been excellent and in particular Kerryanne has been really great. Good and quick communication, professional and efficient. Much appreciated.

This is the second time I have used Lyons bowe for a house sale and all being well I hope to use them again in the future. Seamless transfer between specialist professionals within the service. Kerryanne Jones a key member of the team supporting me was consistently accessible demonstrating her expertise throughout.

Kerryanne was amazing from start to finish. She kept us up to date at all times, didn’t need to chase once! Every time we reached out with a question or query, she replied both clearly and quickly. We ended up choosing to not progress with the sale due to issues that arose with the property but will absolutely returning once we find a new property to proceed with.

Wanted to provide some feedback to the excellent team at Lyon’s Bowe. Great communication throughout the sale of my house, really pleased with the service. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and proactive. Special mention to Alex who has been exceptional. He is knowledgable and has really helped keep us updated throughout the final stages. We are now on the final phase before completion on my next property.

I couldn’t recommend the Lyons Bowe team enough. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process of our house sale, answered every question we posed and ensured we understood all of the legalities. A special thank you to Kerryanne who went above and beyond during some bumps in the road.

They have been in regular touch via email regarding the process and the next steps that need to be taken to ensure progress. Both Holly and Kerryanne have been pleasant to deal with.
We really appreciate your kind words! I will make sure that this feedback gets passed on to the noted members of the team.
We used Barcan and Kirby to buy our house, so it made sense to use them to sell it. We had Kerryanne as our Conveyancer, and Abigail who dealt with our completions, they were outstanding from the very start, they dealt with everything that came up in lightning speed, I think the buyers conveyancer struggled to keep up. When Kerryanne took a well deserved holiday, others stepped in seamlessly, and dealt with everything in Kerryannes absence, nothing stopped for a second. I have been really pleased from start to finish. Thank you team.
