We used Barcan and Kirby to buy our house, so it made sense to use them to sell it. We had Kerryanne as our Conveyancer, and she was outstanding from the very start, she dealt with everything that came up in lightning speed, I think the buyers conveyancer struggled to keep up. When Kerryanne took a well deserved holiday, others stepped in seamlessly, and dealt with everything in Kerryannes absence, nothing stopped for a second. I have been really pleased from start to finish.

Buyer/seller satisfaction…..
Having been very dissatisfied with our previous solicitors, LB are in a different league. They have been managing our house sale and new purchase (processes not yet completed). To date, the communication has been prompt, clear, and the onboarding process quick to complete. Staff are professional, cheerful and friendly. Questions are dealt with quickly - so far we are very satisfied and happy to recommend.
Special mention to Max Barnett who is a pleasure to deal with.

Super Service
We were warned when we started the house purchase journey that we'd spent a lot of time chasing solicitors and to get prepared for next level stress. Our actual experience couldn't have been further from the truth - Lyons Bowe (and Kerryanne Jones in particular) were on the ball the entire time. Communication was crystal clear and we always felt that we were in safe hands with them looking out for our best interests. Any time we had a query there was a quick and reassuring response, and their patience us throughout was much appreciated. We hope we don't have to move any time soon, but if we do we'll definitely go with Lyons Bowe and ask for Kerryanne!

Kerryanne 9and her team) were really helpful and were usually quick to respond. she was through & had great tension to detail. my only criticism is that we had to wait some time for info about our purchase that we hoped to receive early in the process (eg. fittings and contents form) also - too many forms to fill in at the start!
