Property sale
The Lyons Bowe team, and Alex Smith in particular, were fantastic throughout our sale process. We had a number of issues and delays to to deal with during the sale and the team were conscientious and diligent throughout. Communications were excellent especially given we are based overseas with a large time difference to factor. Every email query received a response the same day and all calls were answered. The online portal and document submission system was excellent. Can't fault the service!

Transfer of equity
I have recently sold my home and bought a new home through a transfer of equity process with a trust deed document. Rhiannon Cape, Josie Whiting, Jenna Wilding, Nadia Uddin, Alex Smith were all really helpful and quick to respond to all my questions throughout the three processes.
