Lyons Bowe use helpful technology like their app to make uploading documents easy.
They kept me informed at every stage via email and the app, more so than other solictors I have used in the past.

my protracted purchase and sale
Lyons Bowe handled my purchase and sale in that order. Both the purchase and sale processes were were fraught with difficulties, made worse by the mortgage chaos in 2023. Things did go wrong but they were sorted out quickly which is the important thing. The best thing about Lyons Bowe is that they gave a price for the sale and purchase work at the start and only added a small additional cost for aborted work which I was happy about. The best aspect of the process was they kept me informed every step of the way and the worst was having too many points of contact.

Was very pleased with day one
Was very pleased from day one with way we where
treated buy every one with the company and kept informed all the way and helped when we were not
sure what to do, would use them again.

Great communication
We have only just started the house buying and selling process with Holly, but so far it's been pretty painless. Holly has been in constant communication and sending over forms as need. The app is a great way of managing documents and following the progress.

Friendly and efficient
Having never sold and bought a property before, Holly at Lyons Bowe was really friendly, reassuring and guided me through the paperwork. Communication was great too! I can highly recommend using them.

Professional service
In spite of delays (not due to our solicitors) the team at Lyons Bowe did their best to make the conveyancing process as least stressful as possible. Holly got the ball rolling for us. Rachel explained clearly what was involved and provided us with detailed information. Jess was very efficient and always polite.

Quick and responsive
Friendly and responsive experience so far, with a case handler quickly assigned, clear instructions and information and prompt, clear communication. The app also makes it easy to track progress and complete documents. A great experience so far.
