We were fully onboarded by Delanie Robinson and her team way quicker than other parties in the chain. Our main case handler Geraldine Van Zyl was always proactive and easy to reach when needed. She kept us calm when our chain was at risk of falling apart. Our completion was handled by Maddie Coles and she again was excellent at communicating with us about our final days before the move. Overall our experience with this firm was very positive and a breath of fresh air compared with the solicitors we used previously. All the pricing was transparent and fair and everything handled with a high degree of professionalism.

Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great. The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. (which, from my experience, isn’t very common with other firms!) Maddie was friendly and very helpful when paperwork etc got confusing at points. She was a friendly, warm person to have on our side through the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling property. We felt very lucky to have her as our legal assistant!
