I've been blown away by the service I've recieved, everyone has been so helpful and clear on the process and I love the app. The only slight criticism I would make is that the progress on my app wasn't kept very up to date (not recording when we'd completed a step etc) but that's only a minor point.
Value for money is exceptional.

Fantastic Service
I dealt with Elle, Lauren and Tietia throughout the different stages of a house sale. They were all extremely friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. The initial paperwork was sent promptly. Lauren ensured the enquiries were dealt with swiftly and professionally and kept me fully updated. Finally, Tietia completed the process by working to enable exchange and completion to take place within the preferred timeline . I am grateful for their help and I felt very well looked after. I would just like to thank the team at Lyons Bowe for the professional way they handled my recent house purchase. From day one i was kept informed of the progress of the purchase by each team member as they worked through each section of the purchase. I never had to chase them for any information. The purchase was even completed well before the expected date so i cannot fault the service i had been given.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Lauren for all her hard work she did for us in purchasing are new home
Nothing was too much trouble and was at the end of the phone when ever we rang. She was always very polite and very helpful and filled us with confidence when things wasn’t going right in the purchase.

Lauren Cray was great
The sale of my flat was a long drawn out process that may be one of the most complicated Lauren will ever deal with but she was fantastic throughout the process. She was always at the end of the phone or quick to respond to emails. Her chasing of the other solicitors involved saved time and ultimately without her, I wouldn't have sold the flat.
