Although I find it difficult to understand why Lyons Bowe have different people doing each part of the process, Katarina played her part very well. She is a good communicator and sends you updates in a manner that is easy to understand. We have done the bulk of our transaction in around a calander Month which is very good indeed. She did a great job and we thank her for her efforts.

We entrusted Lyons Bowe with conveyancing our house purchase. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and the team at Lyons Bowe were helpful and clear in explaining what was needed of us and when. The process was efficient taking 12 weeks from offer accepted to completion. The only slight negative I would say is that the anti money laundering checks felt quite extreme and at times it was unclear exactly what was needed from us and that part of the process seemed to go on for a long time without much indication of when it would be ok and we could move on to ordering the searches. Overall still happy with the service though and as the staff were polite and professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal services buying a house. Thank you especially to Katarina Donovan who handled the legal side, you were brilliant!

It was my first time going through the buying and selling process. Lyons Bowe ,and Katarina in particular, were brilliant. I liked the app, which lays out the process very clearly. I was also very grateful that Katarina picked up two critical issues with my purchased which we were able to resolve before completion. This absolutely saved me money in the long run. Katarina was also super good at talking me through some of the lawyer jargon when I was deep in a paperwork hole.

My partner and I were selling separate leasehold properties and Jennifer & Katarina were fantastic throughout despite all madness the process throws at you. Lyons Bowe were fantastic for our property purchase. Normally when you recommend a solicitor it's sort of "this one was less of a pain to deal with than the other one", but Lyons Bowe were genuinely brilliant and I'd recommend them to anyone. They also had a very neat app where you could see a little moving van getting closer to the house... which helped on some of the more stressful days. It also helped to see the overall progress of the purchase, along with items that were still left to tick off. It was very transparent. Overall, their way of working is a little different to a lot of firms, as each stage of the process is handled by a different team (e.g onboarding/proof of funds, legal formalities, and then exchange/completion). This isn't a negative in any sense, as it meant each team were experts in that part of the process, and were always super responsive and transparent. 10/10. Very happy customers. Thank you to Chloe, Charlotte, Katarina, Ella, Josie, and Sydney!
