We entrusted Lyons Bowe with conveyancing our house purchase. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and the team at Lyons Bowe were helpful and clear in explaining what was needed of us and when. The process was efficient taking 12 weeks from offer accepted to completion. The only slight negative I would say is that the anti money laundering checks felt quite extreme and at times it was unclear exactly what was needed from us and that part of the process seemed to go on for a long time without much indication of when it would be ok and we could move on to ordering the searches. Overall still happy with the service though and as the staff were polite and professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal services buying a house. Thank you especially to Katarina Donovan who handled the legal side, you were brilliant!

For my first conveyancing experience, Lyons Bowe have honestly been fantastic. Everything has been handled so efficiently, and their communication has been excellent throughout. I’ve always felt kept in the loop, with updates coming through quickly whenever anything changed, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. The app is brilliant too, as it lets you see exactly what stage everything is at, so you’re never left wondering what’s going on. Connie Seymour dealt with my initial stages, and I’m now working with Ally Hardy, who has also been incredibly prompt, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Used Lyons Bowe to hopefully purchase and sell. Unfortunately both collapsed through no fault of my own. Lyons Bowe kept me informed throughout in a professional and efficient manner. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

I had a really positive experience with Lyons Bowe handling the sale of my property. I had previously used them when buying a house and had a great experience then, which is why I chose to use them again for the sale. Everyone involved was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a question or needed something clarified, I received an answer very quickly, which really helped keep everything moving and resulted in a very fast turnaround from start to completion. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated all the support throughout and would happily recommend Lyons Bowe.

I could not recommend Lyons Bowe enough. We're first time buyers so this is all a very new experience for us and we've heard some horror stories about how solicitors can drag the process out or are hard to get hold of. However Connie at Lyons Bowe has been incredible, has kept us in the loop throughout, been incredibly responsive, including phoning us at 4:55pm on a Friday after we had a bit of a first time buyer panic. She's been happy to answer any queries we've had, consistently chased the vendor's solicitor and reassured us throughout what would have otherwise been an incredibly stressful process. Fantastic solicitors!!!
