Efficient Solicitors - House purchase went smoothly
We entrusted Lyons Bowe with conveyancing our house purchase. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and the team at Lyons Bowe were helpful and clear in explaining what was needed of us and when. The process was efficient taking 12 weeks from offer accepted to completion. The only slight negative I would say is that the anti money laundering checks felt quite extreme and at times it was unclear exactly what was needed from us and that part of the process seemed to go on for a long time without much indication of when it would be ok and we could move on to ordering the searches. Overall still happy with the service though and as the staff were polite and professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal services buying a house. Thank you especially to Katarina Donovan who handled the legal side, you were brilliant!
