I hired Lyons Bowe to support my home purchase. They have a lovely app that shows your progress, but we could never meet our solicitor face to face as she worked from home.
We didn’t appreciate having a different person for each step of the process, as it lead to several errors due to missed information from one person to another.
In the end it all worked out, and they did make an effort to make up for errors made, so I would trust them again.

Very good, but sometimes depersonalised
Lyons Bowe have an amazing knowledge of the law, at times they were educating my buyers solicitor.
Everything is clear, concise, and prices were in the middle ground compared with other quotes.
My only criticism would be that, at times the experience felt a bit depersonalised, and robotic.
I would use them again.

Dealt with a sale and lease extension
Dealt with a sale and lease extension for a flat at the same time. Had a few initial issues with internal departments not talking but once that was sorted I found them great.

Efficient, great communication and general excellent service
Really great communication and always prompt to respond. Handled everything really professionally and very thorough in dealing with contracts and enquiries. Also highly recommend paying extra to use their app, keeps you updated on progress. Generally excellent service.

Excellent customer service with fabulous app
We have been very impressed by the efficiency and communication from our contacts at Lyons Bowe. We regularly receives emails with updates on the progress of our house sale and they have contacted us by phone to talk us through each stage so we have felt well informed of the process. The app has been especially useful to check on the status of our house sale and it allows us to keep on top of the updates because all the information is in one place and it’s so easy to navigate.
We are very happy to recommend Lyons Bowe for anyone selling or buying property.

Very easy to deal with and very clear communication
This is the second time I've used Lyons Bowe for a house conveyancing process and have been very pleased with their services both times. Communication is always clear and they provide detailed information packs that explain every step of the process so you never feel like you're not sure what the next steps are. I've always been able to get hold of people when I need them. Would recommend.

Make a complex process as simple and easy as possible
Juggling a move to Australia with three kids, work and selling our cars...Lyons Bowe made this part of our "To Do" list a dream to work through. With simple and concise requests for info and the online system - and brilliantly skilled staff who are efficient and effective at what they do. They give a great personal touch too - sending friendly emails and confirmation receipts for information supplied for the sales pack. When we've dropped into their offices un announced - to check something - they've been so welcoming and helpful. Their costs are very reasonable too. I 100% recommend and would use again (in fact - this is the second time I've employed their services).
