Just reached the stage of being passed to the legal team. Everything so far has been very efficient with regular contact. It can be difficult to get through via the phone to speak to people at times, but emails are answered very quickly to ease any concerns or questions you may have.

Started our house buying 'journey' with Morgan at the Frome office and she has been superb helping us to navigate the various 'setting up' stages of our relationship ..I had a few IT issues so she invited me to the office so I could hand over documents I couldn't upload online..thanks Morgan.
