I recently used Kate Heath and her team for a property sale and purchase. Kate was friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. She definitely helped to alleviate my stress during a very hectic time. Thanks Kate.

Truly fantastic from start to finish!! We pushed for it to happen asap and First correspondence started on the 27/02/2017 and as of today's date 24/03/2017 we received the keys to our new family home, just over 3 weeks in total for all and everything can't thank Lauren Dilworth and her team enough will have no hesitation in putting your name forward to friends and family, will only use Ward Gethin Archer in the future.

I have used the conveyancing services of the Barnstaple office of Slee Blackwell for many years. I have always found them very efficient, they keep me informed and explain things in a clear way. I can't fault the service i have received. If you want a job doing properly this is the firm to instruct.

We have just sold our property and purchased our new home with Richard Reed Solicitors. Nicola and Joanne were fantastic throughout the entire process! The communication and efficiency were second-to-none. Nicola and Joanne answered our questions, dealt with matters extremely promptly and made the matter of selling and buying less stressful. Could not recommend Nicola & her team at Richard Reed Solicitors enough!

We have had a very thorough and efficient service from the Ashford office of Martin Tolhurst. We instructed them back in May and we completed on our house in August. Their legal advice was so helpful in enabling us to purchase without concern. We thought the pricing was competitive as well. Special thanks to Richard and Melissa for their help.

Thank you Diane Latham for all your hard work in getting our sale & purchase on houses completed on time for us. I would definitely recommend . Michelle & Gavin Downes

We recently completed a sale and purchase of our principal home using Setfords. Jeffrey Gilbert was incredibly effective, hands on and responsive throughout the process and was able to promptly address issues that came up along the way. Jeffrey is very good at stakeholder management (us, our buyers and sellers, and agents on both sides) and became the go to person for all parties in finding solutions where required. He is incredibly practical and ensured we addressed issues in a way that at all times protected our interests. The firm also has a good support team that ensures that all the paperwork is dealt in an organised manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph to any friends or family by far the best we have ever used a must if you want trustworthy, diligence and great communication. He went above and beyond his duties to keep the sale and purchase on track, and was the best priced in our area
