I recently used Sarah Workman in the Leamington Office for a Transfer of Equity. She replied quickly to emails and phone calls and was happy to explain matters in detail to me. There was some urgency with the transfer and Sarah dealt with everything in a very efficient and prompt manner. I would definitely recommend Thomas Flavell Solicitors and will use Sarah for any future conveyancing matters and will be recommending her to friends and family.

Tim Crarer & Lynda were Fantastic. Easy to communicate with, great updates and happy to work as a team with an estate agent to hit a deadline. Couldn’t recommend more for conveyancing. Thanks all.

Hired Russell & Russell to execute a relatively routine task which turned out to be a Marathon/ Nightmare purely because of an awkward third party. Karen & Diane rose to the challenge and with professionalism, diligence, patience & humour after many weeks finalised the task. Their communication was excellent keeping us informed at all times, via email and or phone calls. Would definitely recommend Russell & Russell and in particular the DREAM TEAM OF KAREN & DIANE

Hannah acted with the upmost Professionalism , efficient and effective in all aspects of conveyancing with our house sale . On the ball, maintaining momentum throughout the process.

Martina Razaq and her team provided excellent service and advice for a rather tortuous residential property sale in Beaconsfield. Thanks for all your help.

The team in Doncaster were excellent, I would not consider using any other solicitors for legal assistance .

I've used Kelly Few several times over the last couple of years, and she's been great. Excellent communication, and very friendly, Would recommend.

Craig Williams and the team at the Harrogate office dealt with our recent purchase of a small amount of garden land. What should have been simple was made very difficult by the seller - but having this team fighting our corner made a very frustrating situation much more pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend them, could not have asked for more in every aspect.

Throughout the entire matter David Chapman and his staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding, without ever being patronizing. During the protracted purchasing of a property, caused by problems of one type or another with a rather long chain, David and staff were always on the ball and genuinely cared for us and worked to an eventually successful outcome.
