Anna and Izabela were in charge of my house purchase, they did a fantastic job! Even though some links in the chain were more than difficult, their handling of the case and the communication with the conveyancer and the rest of the chain was brilliant. They kept their cool, were very on it to smooth the process, I was very much hands off the whole time! Cannot recommend them enough.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Anna and Izabela. From start to finish, they were absolutely exceptional. Their communication was outstanding. Every query we had was answered incredibly quickly, and we felt fully supported throughout the entire process. They were proactive in keeping us updated and in letting us know in advance whenever Anna would be out of the office or unavailable, so we were never left wondering what was happening. We felt they were really thorough, identifying discrepancies and highlighting anything the developer had overlooked or omitted. It gave us confidence that our interests were being protected. When I had concerns about an issue that arose, Anna quickly made time to meet with me and talk everything through. Her professionalism, reassurance, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and really put my mind at ease. Anna and Izabela were consistently approachable, knowledgeable, and we felt they were genuinely invested in helping us. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made a stressful process feel much more manageable. We have been absolutely delighted with the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anna and Izabela/ Leathes Prior. In fact, we’ve already recommended them to a few people. We recently completed the purchase of a property through Leathes Prior and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Leanne Riches. This was not a straightforward transaction, involving a repossession sale and several unexpected delays outside of her control. Throughout the process, Leanne was professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to explain matters clearly. She kept us updated at every stage and worked hard to move the transaction forward despite numerous challenges. Her advice gave us confidence throughout the purchase, and we always felt that our interests were being looked after.
