We were recommended to Leathes Prior as my own solicitors lack of help and communication in dealing with my move was abysmal however edmund ramsdale picked up our case last minute and from the very start he was professional, helpful and kept me updated every step of the way! i would definitely recommend this company!!

This was my first experience of selling a property, my mother's flat, and I was nervous about embarking on an unfamiliar process. But Rachael and Angela could not have been more supportive, and indeed kind. Everything was explained very clearly to me, the written information I was given was easy to understand, and they were quick to respond when I asked questions. There were delays caused by my buyer and her solicitor, but Rachael and Angela were fantastic in chasing them up and chivvying them along - they kept me well informed of progress throughout, and couldn't have done more to smooth the transaction through. I'm very grateful to both of them, and consider their fees very reasonable in view of the excellent service they give.

Anna and Izabela were in charge of my house purchase, they did a fantastic job! I used Leathes Prior for the sale of my old house and purchase of my new one. I chose LP because of its reputation and was happy to pay a premium in the hope of making a stressful process as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received from my conveyancer. I found communication slow and, in my opinion, my conveyancer's manner was curt to the point of coming across as rude. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I had expected given the firm's reputation and fees.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leathes Prior. Madison and Kate did an excellent job representing me during a recent property transaction, despite the transaction not being quite as straight forward as I’d initially hoped! Madison and Kate were both friendly and professional at all times, responding promptly to any queries.
