Jake is the ultimate professional and made what was an extremely complicated transaction with multiple hurdles, much less stressful that it could have been! Zumi was also extremely communicative and ensured that I was also up to speed. A great team.
This is not the first time I have used Jake specially, and it will not be the last.

Leathes Prior are top tier! I wouldn't go with anyone else, 28 days after my property purchase I had the keys.
Jake Mowatt my solicitor is a legend, no joke. He made the entire process so easy and stress free even though I wasn't the easiest of clients. Recommending Jake and Leathes Prior to all my friends and fam.
Shoutout to Zumi as well, almost instant replies to emails. Legend.

My parents can come and live with me. I was kept informed of everything all the way through. Rachael chased the purchaser when needed to, again keeping me informed. I would say everything was done to make it as smooth and stress free as possible.

Could not have hoped for a better solicitor
Nadine Jasinski recently helped me with the sale of my property and was absolutely brilliant and I can not recommend her enough!
After talking to family and friends I was terrified of having to deal with a solicitor for the sell of my property after hearing what a nightmare the legal side can be.
But my fear proved completely unwarranted as Nadine was professional, friendly and efficient at dealing with anything that popped up and made the entire process so much easier than I thought it ever could be. If I did not understand or know something Nadine was fantastic at explaining or helping resolve any issues.

I don’t normally do reviews, but the service from Jake on my sale and purchase really warranted one. Communication throughout was excellent. Despite a multitude of issues throughout from various other parties Jake (and Zumi) kept me upto date throughout and prevented what could have been a very stressful time by going above and beyond.
I had used Jake at a previous company and there was no question who I would use again, or in the future.
The overall set up, drive to assist me and knowledge was brilliant from Jake at Leathes Prior. If his and Zumis service reflects the whole company, you can’t go wrong.
