I think when getting Legal advice it can be a real mistake to go for the cheapest price! I am glad I did not do that and instructed Pool Alcock to act on my behalf in a land dispute. Everything was left to them and this resulted in winning my case - it looked like the person I was in dispute with went for the 'cheaper' Solicitor...
