Absolutely awful experience with Rogers & Norton. 1 star is generous.
I was recommended Rogers & Norton, specifically Liz Coleman, by a friend as they had an exceptional experience with them.
Initially it was good, a lot of contact as I first started using them. Paperwork was sent out quickly. I had 2 weeks not hearing from them so emailed to request an update. I then had a call back, on the same day, telling me that they cannot work with my mortgage lender, AFTER taking a £400 payment from me for the checks. Why that took 2 weeks to work out is beyond me. So now I am back to square 1 and have to wait for them to issue a refund. As if buying a house (as a first time buyer, on my own) isn't stressful enough.

Wouldn’t use any other firm for conveyancing. We have used Roger’s and Norton a few times now over a 20 year period and have always came in better in price and service is always impeccable, have even helped with queries after move too, reducing my stress levels 😊.
