I am a Director in our Attleborough office specialising in residential conveyancing and Equity Release mortgage transactions. I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined Rogers & Norton in 2016. I enjoy the variety of meeting new clients to help guide them through the conveyancing process from start to finish by using the expertise and knowledge gained over the last 20 years. No two clients are the same and I like the opportunity to ensure that all of my clients feel valued. It is always lovely to have my existing clients return to me for further transactions too.

    Excellent property conveyance service

    Great service experienced from Rogers & Norton regarding the sale of my property. The whole process completed smoothly within the projected timescale. Our solicitor, Kerry Dilks, dealt with all queries raised by our buyers solicitor in a timely manner particularly where information was not always readily available due to the age of the property. Kerry was always pleasant and polite in dealings on the phone or by email.

    I can honestly say my recent house move was made very easy with the help of Kerry Dilks at Rogers & Norton. Emma Wilson also helped too and she was as professional and helpful. They came highly recommended by a friend I would do the same for others. Every stage of the process was made easy and any and all questions I had were answered quickly and in a way I understood.     Great service once again by Kerry Dilks. Always calm and professional but with advice to make your sale exchange & complete when the bottom of the chain decide they want to change the plans at the last minute and delay everything by 2 months. With Kerry’s advice I held out on my original plan which was to complete before Christmas and despite a week of fraught conversations back and forth between everyone involved, the sale went through and I didn’t have to compromise unnecessarily and it didn’t cost anymore money (which it would have done if I’d have agreed to the last minute change of plans by the chain). Cannot recommend Kerry enough.
