    Great experience

    It was a difficult situation a death sorting power of attorney selling a property which was still in the name of family person who had been deceased for 30years Over both offices in Plymouth & Plympton these teams from reception to solicitors worked together. We had sound advice and support with POA above and beyond which gave me so much confidence to carry on. The property sold went through very swiftly so much so friends could not understand what happened in 8 weeks Thank you all each one played their part.

    Jack and Joey were the best at supporting us!

    Joey and Jack were extremely supportive in helping us buy our first home. From the start we were kept in the loop and every step of the process explained to us. We had constant communication and never felt like we were unsure where we were in the process. We had a challenging expierence with our seller and Jack and Joey was supportive, calm and proactive. Jack and Joey were very quick and was always many steps ahead, making us feel at ease and not that anyone was waiting on us. Jack and Joey were great solicitors and we would 100% choose to go with them again, we could not have picked a better firm to support us with buying our first home.     Great service with excellent support!

    Having now used Eb, Jack and Aimee to manage both previous purchase and sale of our house, I wanted to commend their approach to supporting us as a client, and their interest in getting the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. When faced with quite the opposite approach by our buyers Solicitor, we were fortunate to have them on our side. The companies app provided back up to great communication and personal service. House buying is a very stressful process but I would certainly recommend Wolferstans if you want the best at helping manage it. Thank you Wolf’s team, we’re loving our new home.

    Have utilised Wolfestans since 1976 when buying our first house, then for contract when renting out our property, which resulted in them assisted in two cpurt appearancez for same. Have always found staff to be very helpful and accepting of any decisions made my wife and I, even if against their directives This has all bee maintained by both been maintained

    Wolferstans handled the sale of my former house in Millbrook and the purchase of my house in Exeter. They were pretty efficient especially in dealing with the agent for the vendors in Exeter, whose was extremely difficult to deal with.

      Making a Will

      From the first meeting through to the signing of our will we could not fault the service from Wolferstans.
