Karen and her team made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable from start to finish. As first-time buyers and sellers, my husband and I had lots of questions, but no question was ever too small and we always felt supported throughout. Communication was excellent, and we were kept informed at every stage. Moving day is naturally a little stressful, but it was incredibly reassuring to have Karen and the team on hand to answer our questions and guide us through the final steps. Our buyers' solicitors were unfortunately quite slow and communication was poor at times, which really highlighted how important it is to choose the right solicitor. Having such a proactive and responsive team on our side made a huge difference and helped keep everything moving forward. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future, including for our wills. Solicitors for these kind of services often get not the best reviews. I feel this cause they deal with difficult situations I can say for certain that Russell and Russell were great for me. It helped me with a transfer of equity and remortgage and they were fantastic throughout even when various other parties were being totally useless. They rolled up their sleeves and continued to push the other parties to get the things we needed to get it sorted in time. A huge thank you to Vanisha & Oyindamola. Thank you both! Firstly a massive thank you to Alex Korko and Charlotte at Russell and Russell. your help, knowledge, professionalism and especially your support, for which we will be forever grateful. Russell and Russell were recommended to us by Hills estate agent, We were wary of using an estate agents recommendation, but it turned out top be the best decision we made. Alex represented us in selling our property and buying our new home The selling part went very well but there were issues with the property we were buying, the sellers were not the best to deal with and there were also some other difficulties that had to be navigated. We can honestly say that without the help and support from Alex and Charlotte this could have turned out to be a nightmare. We felt like they had all the time in the world to talk through the issues and give us options when we thought there were none. Considering the time and effort they put in (over a good few months) we thought what they charged was very, very good. Pros, great service, very professional, brilliant people, absolutely superb value for money, Nothing was too much trouble, including phone calls to talk us through the processes or just answer what at times may have been simple/stupid questions. If you want to sell your house quickly don't go here 171 days and counting thank you Farim Khan since the 11th of November you have been working on this. Update another week gone by now 178 days and counting!!!!!
