Reception staff were helpful. Judith was knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything in basic detail so it was easy to understand. I had some worry that the conversations would be in 'solicitor' language but I was put at ease and understood everything. No hidden costs, Wills arrived promptly and sound advice was provided on probate.
