Had used Louise before and had a good experience so used her again. This time was ok but there were a lot of things that were sent over with incorrect documents or information such as incorrect documents and missing payments we had made off the balance. At one point I was asked to pay a deposit, when I asked what that was I was abruptly told to read the documents she had sent, as there were 21 documents in one email I asked which specific document the information was in and she didn't reply. I then found the information myself and found this was also incorrect and we didn't owe a deposit as we were part exchanging. Just found some of the responses unhelpful and the inaccuracies and mistakes in what was sent over meant I lost some confidence but the sale did go through ok in the end.
