Karen and her team made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable from start to finish. As first-time buyers and sellers, my husband and I had lots of questions, but no question was ever too small and we always felt supported throughout. Communication was excellent, and we were kept informed at every stage. Moving day is naturally a little stressful, but it was incredibly reassuring to have Karen and the team on hand to answer our questions and guide us through the final steps. Our buyers' solicitors were unfortunately quite slow and communication was poor at times, which really highlighted how important it is to choose the right solicitor. Having such a proactive and responsive team on our side made a huge difference and helped keep everything moving forward. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future, including for our wills.
