Stephen was a full Partner and Head of the property Department of the firm for many years. He is now employed as a full time Consultant continuing to be involved in the management of the Department and still undertaking property transactions. He joined the practice in 1978 and has specialised in property work since he qualified as a Solicitor in 1980. He has a wealth of experience of all types of property related transactions, both commercial and residential. This includes development work for builders, self-build transactions and more complex residential property matters. He also provides advice and assistance to our lender clients and continues to be involved in the management of our relationships with them. Stephen plays an importation role in our business strategy. He was instrumental in ensuring that the firm sought accreditation of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Service when it was first launched – our approach has always been to deliver a quality service at a fair price. He has driven the Department forward, adapting to change and embracing technological advances to improve our clients’ journeys.
