Excellent yet again
My wife and I have just used Russell & Russell, specifically Michele and Adina for the second time.
The first time was a purchase only and this time it was a simultaneous sale and purchase.
We have had zero issues either time, they really took the stress out of the situation. We can't fault the service we have received on either occasion.

Excellent service
Adina and Michele were amazing at selling my property every step of the way, any problems that occurred they dealt with them in speedy, proffesional capacity. They liases with the buyer, seller, estate agents and the other solictors to ensure a very speedy selling process. Definatley recommend their services.

Just outstanding!
I chose Russell & Russell because they’re a house hold name and local to high street of the property I was selling.
My buyer used a dot.com company and it caused no end of problems for both os us. We nearly lost the sale because they make their money from raising unnecessary enquiries in an effort to inflate their bill. I know nothing of conveyancing and would have been completely lost without Micheles superb knowledge and constant reassurance. Her assistant Adina was always there to help with my questions and without them both constantly at the end of the phone and email as my on going support and life line I actually think I would have ended up pulling out of the sale. Both were professional yet personable and their knowledge and understanding of all the associated regs is first class. I can not recommend them both enough they’re simply exceptional. Please think twice about using a dot com company for your house purchase or sale. Use the high street, it’s real people who are waiting to take your call. Michele and adina always, no matter what, got back to me within a matter of hours with my questions. I could not have got through the sale without them. Absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish. Please think very carefully before you use a faceless dot com

Selling a property
We were selling a property in Farnworth on behalf of our mum who sadly had to go into long term care, we live in Wales. The staff at the Farnworth office were excellent in particular Adina, always happy to help with any queries, went at times above and beyond when I contacted her.
