The biggest hurdle in conveyancing for us was the initial communication , we would have appreciated a welcome meeting to outline the process / introduce each other as it can be confusing for ftb in the very beginning. Communication became much better as the sale progressed and in the last days it was very speedy. All in all were very happy and settling in our new home. Thank you

With completion of selling our home and purchasing another recently I must say laura Underhill and chloe Thomas and the whole team were exceptional!...from start to finish they were very proactive and kept us informed of progress regularly, they chased our sellers solicitors who were not very helpful at times to get everything over the line.
